Pricing
Pay the 2% yourself, or have your customers cover some or all of it as a service fee shown on your menu. Card processing, about 1.7% + 30c, is paid by you either way.
What your customer sees at checkout
Windsor Digital gets 40c either way. Only who pays it changes.
Your choice
We add it to your menu as a small service fee. Customers see it before they order, it’s itemised on their receipt, and it’s refunded if the order is.

How we compare
What it actually costs to take orders online. Calculated on $5,000 per week in order revenue.
| Platform | Fee structure | Weekly cost at $5K |
|---|---|---|
| Windsor Digital | 2% per transaction, no monthly fee | $100/week |
| UberEats | 30% on delivered orders | $1,500/week |
| me&u | $200–500/month + per-order fees | $150–$250+/week |
| Bopple | Monthly subscription + fees | $120–$200+/week |
| Square Online | $0–79/month + 2.2% + 30c | $130–$150+/week |
Windsor Digital platform fee only. Standard Stripe processing fees (~1.7% + 30c) apply separately to all platforms. Competitor pricing is approximate and may vary by plan. See how much UberEats really costs restaurants.
What you actually pay
Windsor Digital costs 2% of your order revenue. Here is what that looks like at different volumes.
Savings compared with a 25% commission, which is below the 30% Uber Eats lists for marketplace delivery. Actual savings depend on your current platform and commission rate.
Questions
Correct. Windsor Digital has no monthly subscription, no setup fee, and no contract. You only pay when customers place orders, 2% of each transaction. If you have zero orders in a month, you pay nothing.
Everything. Your branded ordering page, QR code generation, AI-powered menu import, real-time order dashboard, order scheduling, modifier groups, receipt emails, and all future platform updates. There is no additional charge for any feature.
Yes. We can add some or all of our 2% to online orders as a service fee, in half-percent steps. Customers see it on the menu and at checkout before they pay. You still pay card processing, the same as on your EFTPOS terminal.
Uber Eats lists 30% commission on orders it delivers, 16% if you deliver them yourself and 6% for pickup. On a $50 delivered order, that is $15 going to Uber Eats. Windsor Digital charges 2% plus Stripe processing, so a $50 pickup or dine-in order costs you $1.00 in platform fees. On $5,000 a week, 30% is $1,500 and 2% is $100.
No. The only costs are the 2% Windsor Digital platform fee and standard Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 1.7% + 30c per transaction in Australia). Both are deducted automatically, and there is nothing else to pay. If some of the 2% is added to your orders as a service fee, customers see it on the menu and at checkout before they pay.
Stripe charges approximately 1.7% + 30c per transaction for Australian cards. This is a standard payment processing fee that every online payment platform pays. Windsor Digital’s 2% platform fee is separate and on top of Stripe’s processing fee. If you pay the full 2%, your total cost per transaction is approximately 3.7% + 30c. Card processing is always paid by the venue, even when customers cover the 2% as a service fee.
